  1. Make a list of all the downsides and the upsides that YOU think Jane will have in starting "Crafty Coffee" - Remember she will be giving up full time employment to run this business.
  2. Can you start adding numbers or probability factors to the downsides?
  3. Write a paragraph giving Jane advice on taking the calculated risk to start her business
